Relationships

At ImageVision.Net we understand that we prosper only by meeting the needs of our clients. We foster close relationships with our clients so that we may better understand their unique needs and offer solutions that work for them.

Time spent satisfying clients is never wasted time; in fact, it is our best advertising.

Agility

Agility starts with an open mind; we understand that one size never fits all. When we develop software, we design it in such a way that it can be modified to fit each client's individual requirements. As the rapidly-changing economy presents new challenges, we are ready to keep one step ahead of the competition.

Support

We believe that superior customer support is what ensures the long-term success of a project, and ultimately, our business. That's why every installation of HealthPay24® includes 24/7 live support by a real person.

It's also why we strive to continue supporting the communities in which we live and do business. Our partnerships with community events such as the Einstein Medical Center's annual benefit and world-class non-profits like the Macha Malaria Research Institute help us to meet this goal.

The mission of The Macha Malaria Research Institute is "to foster, support and undertake activities that will improve the understanding and increase the scientific knowledge of malaria."

Concentrating primarily on the needs of the children of sub-Saharan Africa, of whom one million under the age of five die from the disease every year, the Institute works to improve prevention techniques and establish appropriate treatment of the disease.

ImageVision.Net has been affiliated with the Institute since 1999 by providing technical expertise when needed. In addition to supporting the research institute, ImageVision.Net has provided support to the community of Macha by providing data entry jobs to the young men and women in this rural community. For more information on the institute go to www.mmri.net.
